What's Included
The Architect’s Package brings together several services into one coordinated workflow.
Plan Printing
We handle high-quality large format printing from original drawings or digital files, making sure every set is clear, accurate, and consistent.
Printing is available up to 44 inches wide and up to 20 feet long depending on project needs.
Binding options are available so plans are organized and easy to use in the field or during project reviews.
Upon request, files can also be stored for repeat orders, revisions, and ongoing project distribution.
Specification Books
We produce organized specification books in standard sizes ranging from 8.5" x 11" to 11" x 17".
Options include:
- Customer-supplied document inserts
- Cover stock for durability
- Plastic comb binding for easy use
Specification books can be assembled, organized, and prepared for contractor distribution alongside plan sets and bid packages.
Bid Set Distribution
We prepare and distribute bid sets so they’re ready to go without additional coordination on your end.
This includes:
- Rolling and numbering sets
- Address labeling
- Packaging in mailing bags
- Shipping through standard carriers, including daily UPS shipping
Tracking numbers and estimated delivery dates are provided for shipped orders when needed.
Typical turnaround for bid set distribution is 1–2 business days depending on project size and delivery requirements.
Laminating and Finishing
For documents that need to hold up on job sites or over time, we offer laminating and finishing options to improve durability and usability.
Standard lamination options include matte or glossy 3 mil laminate, with thicker laminate available upon request.
Foam core mounting and additional finishing options are also available for presentation materials and display boards.
Additional Sets and Reprints
As projects evolve, updated sets are often needed.
We can scan original drawings and reproduce additional sets as needed leading up to your bid date, helping you maintain consistency across all documents without restarting the process.
Plan sets can also be reviewed for correct order and missing information based on index or cover sheets before distribution.

Delivery and Distribution
We serve Fargo, Moorhead, and the surrounding region, with options for delivery, shipping, and local distribution depending on your project needs.
Local delivery is available throughout the Fargo-Moorhead area through courier service, including delivery directly to job sites when needed.
Shipping is available nationwide through UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Fleet Street for local distribution projects.
Same-day and scheduled delivery options are available depending on project timing and scope. Delivery fees are based on courier or shipping costs.
International shipping is not currently offered.
